New customer information system for Nurmijärven Sähkö

Nurmijärven Sähkö has selected Enerim Oy as the supplier of the new customer information system. The new system will cover electricity sales, electricity network and district heating businesses, and its goal is to support the development of customer service to be even more efficient and customer-oriented. According to the preliminary plan, the new customer information system will be introduced in late spring 2026.

“With the new system, our customer service will be faster and smoother. We aim to increase the degree of automation in the service processes and reduce manual work,” says Customer Service Manager Katja Piipponen.

The tendering of the customer information system was carried out as a public procurement, and the comparison of tenders emphasised cost-effectiveness and quality. Enerim’s solid experience and ability to implement changes efficiently were also convincing.
