You can cancel your electricity sales contract with Nurmijärven Sähkö within 14 days of signing the contract without giving a reason. The right to cancel the contract does not apply to corporate customer contracts.
The agreement can be cancelled using an electronic form or free-form post or email. A contract made by phone can also be cancelled. If the electricity supply has already begun, you are obligated to pay for the distributed electricity in accordance with the contract confirmation.

Cancellation of a fixed-term electricity sales contract and contractual penalty
If a fixed-term electricity sales contract for a consumer customer is cancelled during the contract period for a reason other than that mentioned in the terms and conditions of the contract, the seller has the right to charge the customer a contractual penalty of 250 € if the annual consumption is less than 10,000 kWh and 625 € if the annual consumption is between 10,000 and 50,000 kWh. This term does not apply to corporate customer agreements.
Please note that the price of the contractual penalty for the entire contract period is determined at the time the contract is signed, and the price of the contractual penalty is mentioned in the contract confirmation.
