Condition of electrical installations
The condition inspection of electrical installations is subject to a permit. The person completing the inspection needs to have the qualification of an official electrical inspector approved by the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes) or an electrical contractor who specialises in condition inspections. Ask your energy adviser for help before ordering anything.
District heating services
We will review if your property is suitable for district heating and provide guidance on monitoring heat consumption with the Venla service.
