Power outages on a map
The service shows power outages in the medium-voltage network (20 kV). Outages in the low-voltage network (0.4 kV) are not shown on the map.

Planned interruptions
Customers are notified of planned interruptions in electricity distribution in advance by text messages, e-mail or regular mail. You can order the power outage service to your mobile phone from our Online Service or by calling our Customer service.
