Nurmijärven Sähkö will adopt the revised general contract terms and conditions for district heating recommended by Finnish Energy. The aim is to ensure that our services are up-to-date and in line with current legislative and market changes.
One of the changes to the terms and conditions is the expansion of electronic services. According to the new terms and conditions, we can send contract-related announcements, such as price change notifications or other changes to the terms of the contract, by email instead of regular mail. However, consumer customers will continue to have the opportunity to receive the information free of charge in paper form. The changes to the terms and conditions are based on, among other things, material changes in legislation and circumstances as well as the renewal of outdated contractual and pricing arrangements. In addition, the changes will enable the implementation of measures necessary to save energy. Some of the updates are changes to the contractual content of the terms and conditions that do not as such affect the essential content of the contractual relationship.
The changes do not require any action from customers.
