Online Service
In our Online Service, you can view your own customer, contract and invoice information, as well as make new electricity contracts or terminate existing ones. The service also includes PDF versions of invoices.
The Venla service can be found within the Online Service when you are logged in. In Venla, you can monitor your electricity and heat consumption on e.g. hourly, daily or monthly basis. You can also see the up-to-date hourly electricity SPOT prices there.
Nurmijärven Sähköverkko Oy’s customers can switch to and update their information in the outage communication service.
Registration
N.B! When using the service for the first time, you must register with strong identification. After signing up, you can create a password for yourself to log in later. You can also log in with the most common online banking credentials and a mobile certificate.
The username is the email address you provided during registration.
Having trouble signing up for Online?
The reason is probably one of the following:
- Your contract information in our customer information system is with a different person’s personal identity code (e.g. spouse’s). Registration must be done through the online bank of the person whose name and personal identity code the agreements are under (1st name on the contract/invoice).
- Your personal identity code is missing from our customer information system or you do not have online banking credentials. Submit your information using the customer information update form or contact our Customer service.
- The registration of housing companies and SMEs requires a representative process, for which we need a power of attorney from the entity in question. See below for more details.

Consumer customers
If you wish to authorise another person to use the Online Service on your behalf, please fill in the electronic form below.
Corporate customers
Corporate customers must authorise their representatives to use the Online Service.
The form below can be used for authorisation. It is the company’s responsibility to ensure that the power of attorney is up to date with regard to authorisations. Once the authorisation has been received, Nurmijärven Sähkö will create an account for the corporate customer and the customer will receive a message about this by email. The customer still needs to complete the registration themselves.

If you are unable to use the electronic form above, you may alternatively submit a power of attorney by filling in a printable power of attorney and sending it to us.
Consumer customers
Submit the signed form to Nurmijärven Sähkö’s customer service at asiakaspalvelu@nurmijarvensahko.fi. We will then grant your authorised person access to your Online Service information.
