Electricity sales contracts

The terms and conditions of sale of electricity (SME2024) entered into force on 1 December 2024 for all electricity sales contracts of Nurmijärven Sähkö Oy that are valid until further notice. For fixed-term contracts, they will only be applied when the contract in question is renewed. Please check your contract confirmation for the applicable terms and conditions.

Dispute resolution

Dispute resolution bodies in the event of a dispute, if the consumer has submitted a notice of defect to the trader and the parties have not been able to reach an agreement:

If a dispute concerning a contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).

The primary dispute resolution body is the Consumer Disputes Board. The Consumer Disputes Board may dismiss the matter if the consumer has not first contacted the Consumer Advisory Service.
