The connection fee and the line fee depend on the property’s contract power P (kW) as follows:

The value of A is 0.253.
The line fee is €203/m (incl. VAT 25.5 %).
The connection fee includes 30 m of connection line on the plot.
The customer is responsible for the finalizing work on the land plot. In addition to the connection fee, the customer pays a line fee if the connection line exceeds 30 m, measured from the plot boundary to the customer’s heat distribution room along the route of the district heating line. The line fee is charged according to the actual line meters after the connection is put into use.
The connection fee for an old property to be connected to district heating is determined separately in each case.
The connection fee and line fee can be adjusted if the price levels change significantly.
The connection fee is transferable. VAT is charged on the connection fee and line fee.
