Price lists for electricity distribution

Low-voltage (0.4 kV)

The network service price list for low-voltage distribution is valid from 1.8.2025 until further notice. The prices include VAT of 25.5 %, but do not include electricity tax.

General distribution

The transfer fee for a general distribution is the same throughout the year.

Seasonal

The distribution fee for seasonal distribution varies according to the seasons and times of the day, so that the distribution fee on a winter weekday is higher and all other times cheaper. On average, the annual use of a direct electric heater is divided so that the share of the winter weekdays is 1/3 and the rest of the time 2/3.

Time-based

In time-based electricity distribution, the distribution price is formed based on the indicated times throughout the year.

Medium-voltage (20 kV)

The network service price list for medium-voltage distribution is valid until further notice. The prices include VAT of 25.5 %, but do not include electricity tax.

The invoiced power in both tariffs is the average of the two largest measured one-hour power during the winter season over the last 12 months. The winter season is between 1 November-31 March. Of the measured reactive power, 0.16 kVAr is free of charge per 1 kW of measured active power per month.

High-voltage (110 kV)

The network service price list for high-voltage distribution is valid until further notice. The price list is applied at a voltage level of 110 kV in the electricity distribution area of Nurmijärven Sähköverkko Oy.

The invoiced active power is determined by the largest single hour measured during the last 12 months. The reactive power fees are charged for the highest measured reactive power of the month so that the free shares of the reactive power are deducted from them.

The free shares are 16 % for reactive power intake and 4 % for doses of the measured active power peak in the same month.

Production

Production transmission fee to the distribution network

The price list for production is valid until further notice. The prices include VAT of 25.5 %. The price list is applied to production plants that are connected to Nurmijärven Sähköverkko Oy’s electricity distribution network.

The production transmission fee is charged for the energy fed into Nurmijärven Sähköverkko Oy’s distribution network. Outputs from the distribution network are invoiced in accordance with the network service product selected from the network service price list in force at the time.

Production facilities over 1 MW

A consumption fee for own production is charged in addition to the distribution fee if the nominal output of the production plant is more than 1 MW. The consumption fee for own production is obtained by subtracting the production plant’s own electricity and the electricity fed into the grid from the electricity produced by the production plant. The consumption fee for own production is determined in accordance with Fingrid Oyj’s current grid service fees.

The power plant power fee is charged from the connecting party for all directly or indirectly connected power plants that exceed the net electrical capacity of 1 MW determined in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 543/2013.

Electricity tax

Electricity tax from 1.9.2024 (incl. security of supply fee)

Electricity tax category 1: Private households, agriculture and forestry, construction and service activities (all electricity consumption not included in electricity tax category 2).

Electricity tax category 2: Companies engaged in manufacturing, mining, quarrying, or professional greenhouse cultivation, as well as data centres with a capacity of more than 5 MW.
