Standard compensation
Standard compensation is automatically paid to our customers for a power outage that lasts more than 12 hours. The compensation will be paid on the electricity invoice following the power outage or the one following it.
The amount of the standard compensation depends on the length of the power outage. An outage is considered to have started when information about the fault has been received through the network system or based on a customer’s notification. The outage is considered to have ended when the fault has been repaired.
