Interruption/outage communication service
You can receive up-to-date information on power outages and planned service interruptions and maintenance in the Nurmijärven Sähköverkko distribution network area by taking the outage communications in to use. The service works by text message or email and is free of charge for the customer.
You can activate the service by logging in to the interruption service through our Online Service. When logging in, you must select the customer account (Distribution / District heating XXXX).
By default, messages are sent between 8 am and 10 pm. If you would like to be notified of outages 24/7, you can change the settings in the Online Service or contact our customer service. In practice, when the default time is on, the customer receives a message about a power outage that occurred during the night at 8 am the next morning. The outage communication is offered as a separate service. To ensure that our messages reach you at the right time, it’s important that your contact information is up to date.
Updating information is easy and flexible in the Online Service.
