When you move to our electricity distribution network area, contact the electricity supplier of your choice and make an electricity sales contract with them. Your electricity supplier will inform Nurmijärven Sähköverkko of the contract directly, after which you will be sent a confirmation of a network service agreement.

Connecting to the electricity network when moving

If you are moving into an apartment without electricity, we will send you a message the night before or on the day of, depending on the start date of your electricity sales contract. With the help of the message you receive, we can turn on the electricity in your new apartment after you have ensured that the connection can be made safely. We will send a message well in advance so that we can turn on the electricity smoothly on the day of the move.

As your electricity distribution network company, we receive your contact information directly from your electricity supplier, so you do not need to contact us. In urgent matters or problem situations, please contact our customer service.

Moving date changed or cancelled?

Please note that the electricity distribution product does not change with your electricity sales product, but the electricity distribution network company must always be notified separately of the change. Remember to terminate the electricity sales contract of your old home and at the same time inform your electricity supplier of the address of the final invoice.
