Invoicing
Nurmijärven Sähkö Oy invoices customers for electricity sales and district heating, and Nurmijärven Sähköverkko Oy for electricity distribution. Because Nurmijärven Sähköverkko operates as a local distribution network company in the Nurmijärvi area, local customers of Nurmijärven Sähkö always pay for electricity sales and distribution with the same invoice.
Paying invoices
You can choose a paperless e-invoice, a Kivra digital invoice or a paper invoice as the invoicing method.
Due date and payment plan
Our payment control is handled by Ropo Oy. In the MyRopo service, you can postpone the due date of your invoice or make a payment plan for your invoice.
Cancellation of a contract
You can cancel your electricity sales contract with Nurmijärven Sähkö within 14 days of signing the contract without giving a reason.

Our energy advisor helps our customers in matters related to energy: electricity, heating and transport. You can reach our energy advisor through our switchboard (09) 878 071 and by email at energianeuvoja@nurmijarvensahko.fi. You can also make an appointment at our office in advance. The energy advisor makes home visits in our network area and surrounding areas. Some of the services are free of charge for our customers.
